siding installer

Anand Siding Ltd. · Surrey, BC · $28.00 hourly

Verdict

This posting exhibits moderate-to-high fraud risk. The employer "Anand Siding Ltd." has no verifiable online presence, no dedicated website, and no business registry confirmation despite multiple searches. The contact email uses a generic Gmail domain rather than a company domain, which is a clear fraud signal. While the job description itself is detailed and legitimate-sounding (specific NOC code, comprehensive task list, accessibility/diversity commitments), the combination of unverifiable employer identity, generic email contact, and lack of web presence creates substantial credibility concerns. The posting reads professionally but the employer verification failure is a significant red flag.

  • unverifiable_employer+12

  • legitimate_salary_and_terms-8

$28/hour for siding installer in BC is reasonable market rate; permanent full-time position with clear experience requirement (1-2 years)

  • detailed_job_description-12

Comprehensive task list, specific NOC code (73200), detailed work conditions, and extensive support programs for diverse groups indicate professional posting quality
