Verdict
VanBucholtz Mechanical is verified as a real Greater Victoria HVAC contractor with businessMatch and locationMatch "match" and a reachable site, but the verifier lowered confidence to 0.65 for a specific reason: applications go to vanbucholtz@novicesjobs.com, an unverified third-party jobs domain rather than the company's own, which weakens attribution of this posting to the named employer. A light duty cleaner role is also outside the mechanical contractor's core business, though plausible as internal facility cleaning. Duties and the $21.00 hourly rate are ordinary and no fee, ID, banking or messaging-app request appears.

| Summary | VanBucholtz Mechanical Ltd is a real Greater Victoria HVAC contractor (vbmhvac.com, BBB profile since 2020, Brentwood Bay/View Royal); Esquimalt work location plausible. Caveat: this posting is for a light duty cleaner applying via vanbucholtz@novicesjobs.com, an unverified third-party jobs domain rather than the company's own, which slightly weakens attribution; company itself is legitimate. |
