Verdict
The posting uses firehousesubs25@outlook.com, a free consumer address that the web check explicitly calls out as not an official Firehouse Subs domain, and also asks for a mailed physical resume. The check further describes the verified commercial address as being in Colwood while the posting's mail address is in North Saanich, so the address corroboration is not clean. Business and location are reported as matching and the address type is commercial, which keeps this in the medium band rather than high.

| Summary | Firehouse Subs is a legitimate, multinational restaurant chain with 1,200+ locations. Official website is firehousesubs.com. The mailing address (1913 Sooke Rd, Room 130, Colwood, BC V9B 1V9) is a real commercial location—specifically the Colwood Corners shopping center where Firehouse Subs Victoria operates. However, the email "firehousesubs25@outlook.com" is NOT an official company email; Firehouse Subs uses @firehousesubs.com or @rbi.com domains. This is a red flag for a professional hiring process. |
