Twins Brother Trucking Ltd. · Abbotsford, BC · $36.60 hourly

Verdict

This posting shows mixed signals. The employer is verified as a real, active trucking company with a reachable website and matching business name, which are strong legitimacy indicators. However, the use of a generic Gmail address for job applications combined with a mailing address that differs from the company's official registered address raises moderate concerns. The request for physical resume submission to an alternate office location, while at a legitimate commercial building, is somewhat unusual for a modern trucking operation and warrants caution.

  • generic_email_domain+18

Contact email is twinbrothertruckingjobs@gmail.com, a free consumer Gmail account rather than company domain; inconsistent with verified business website

  • mail_physical_resume+15

Posting requests physical resume submission by mail to Room 206, 2602 Mount Lehman Rd; while at a legitimate commercial building, this is an unusual application method for a modern trucking company and combined with generic email raises concern

  • locationMatch+12

Posting mailing address (2602 Mount Lehman Rd, Room 206) differs from company's official registered address (3160 Townline Rd Unit 155); both in Abbotsford but mismatch suggests alternate office or potential confusion

  • websiteReachable-10

Official website https://tb-trucking.com/ is reachable and confirms company legitimacy

  • detailed_job_description-12

Posting includes comprehensive task list, specific NOC code, detailed support programs for diverse groups (disabilities, newcomers, youth, veterans, indigenous, mature workers), and clear employment terms—all indicators of legitimate, professional posting

  • businessMatch-15

Employer name 'Twins Brother Trucking Ltd' verified as real, active interstate freight carrier with official website and DOT/FMCSA records

"summary": "Twins Brother Trucking Ltd is a real, active interstate freight carrier based in Abbotsford, BC with official website tb-trucking.com. Company's registered address is 3160 Townline Rd Unit 155, Abbotsford, BC V2T 5P4 (per DOT/FMCSA records). However, the posting's mailing address (2602 Mount Lehman Rd, Room 206) differs from the company's official address. The Mount Lehman address is a legitimate commercial office building with multiple businesses, not a residential or PO box, which is positive. Location mismatch between official and application address is a minor red flag but not disqualifying."
