Verdict
The spa is verified as real with an official website, and the mailing/in-person address (261 Island Highway, inside the Anchor Inn & Suites) is confirmed as a commercial business address that exactly matches the posting, not a home or PO box. Mailing a resume is normal for a walk-in service business, and the Gmail address is typical for a small spa. Role and wage fit a licensed Thai massage therapist.
