concrete finisher

Fine Concrete Pumping Ltd. · Vancouver, BC · $36.60 hourly

Verdict

This posting exhibits multiple strong fraud indicators that collectively push it into the HIGH risk band. The employer claims to be a concrete pumping company yet directs applicants to mail physical resumes to a residential address in a non-commercial neighborhood, combined with a generic Gmail contact email and complete absence of web presence or independent verification. The residential application address is a particularly strong red flag for a professional trade role, suggesting potential credential harvesting or identity fraud rather than legitimate hiring.

  • Residential application address+40

web.applicationAddressType='residential' at 476 E 57th Ave (Sunset neighborhood, non-commercial area). Applicants directed to mail materials to a private home rather than business premises—very strong fraud signal for a professional concrete finishing role.

  • Mail physical resume requirement+20

Application flag 'mail_physical_resume' combined with skilled trade role. Requesting physical documents to residential address increases risk of credential harvesting and identity fraud.

  • Generic email domain+18

Contact email 'fineconcretepumpingjobs@gmail.com' is a free consumer Gmail account, not a company domain. Legitimate concrete pumping companies use business email addresses.

  • No web presence and unverified company+15

websiteReachable='unknown', businessMatch='uncertain', no official website found despite searches. Company existence unverified beyond the job posting itself.

  • Detailed job description and legitimate salary-12

Posting includes specific NOC code (73100), detailed task list, realistic hourly rate ($36.60), and comprehensive accessibility/diversity support statements. These elements suggest legitimate job posting infrastructure.
