Tasks: Direct and control daily operations , Evaluate daily operations , Plan and organize daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Determine staffing requirements,  Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, Conduct performance reviews, Stock shelves and display areas, Provide staff training, Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, Monitor safety conditions, Inspect and evaluate material and equipment for compliance to standards, Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control, Ensure compliance with government regulations, Balance and deposit cash, Perform data entry, Evaluate customer service and store environments, Identifying and investigating compliance issues
