construction helper

WEST SHORE EXTERIOR LTD. · Langford, BC · $25.00 hourly

Verdict

Applications go to a personal Gmail address (sukhmanbal1999@gmail.com) with no company domain, the main concrete negative. The employer appears only in Job Bank mirrors and aggregators with no website, directory listing or physical address, and the business and location checks are 'uncertain' rather than negative, so they stay neutral. The construction helper duties are ordinary and $25.00 hourly is market-normal, with no fee, mailing address or unusual payment request.

SummaryWEST SHORE EXTERIOR LTD. appears only in Job Bank mirrors/aggregators with multiple Langford labourer/carpenter postings; no website, directory listing, reviews, or physical address found. Applications go to a personal gmail (sukhmanbal1999@gmail.com). Small local contractors often lack web presence, so not itself fraud, but the company is unverifiable; 2 postings via personal email warrants caution.
