WEST SHORE EXTERIOR LTD. · Langford, BC · $39.00 hourly

Posted 2026-06-04 · Reviewed on 2026-09-09 · What do these ratings mean?

Verdict

The same unverifiable employer as the companion labourer posting: WEST SHORE EXTERIOR LTD. surfaces only through Job Bank mirrors with no website, directory listing or physical address, and applications route to a personal Gmail (sukhmanbal1999@gmail.com). Business and location checks are 'uncertain' and therefore neutral. The carpenter duties are detailed and the $39.00 hourly rate is within BC market range, but multiple postings driven through one personal mailbox with no verifiable footprint keeps this in the medium band.

SummaryWEST SHORE EXTERIOR LTD. appears only in Job Bank mirrors/aggregators with multiple Langford labourer/carpenter postings; no website, directory listing, reviews, or physical address found. Applications go to a personal gmail (sukhmanbal1999@gmail.com). Small local contractors often lack web presence, so not itself fraud, but the company is unverifiable; 2 postings via personal email warrants caution.
