floor covering installer

Nirwan Flooring Ltd. · Surrey, BC · $37.00 hourly

Verdict

Nirwan Flooring Ltd. presents a mixed fraud profile. The employer verification is strong—the business is legitimate, website is reachable, business name matches, location matches, and the application address is a verified commercial office. However, the posting uses a generic Gmail domain (nirwanflooringjobs@gmail.com) for applications despite having a professional website, and requests physical resume submission to a business address—both moderate fraud signals. The job description itself is detailed and legitimate (floor covering installer role with specific tasks, full-time permanent, $37/hr, comprehensive accessibility/diversity support). The combination of verified legitimacy with these application-method red flags places this in the medium-risk band.
