Verdict
CanPaint is verified as a real Parksville-area painting contractor run by Andy Schofield, with businessMatch and locationMatch both 'match' and a reachable site. The generic_email_domain flag fires on andyscho2000@yahoo.com, a free consumer mailbox, though the verifier notes it plausibly belongs to the named owner. Trade duties and $28.00/hr are ordinary for a small painting outfit, so risk stays low-to-moderate.
