Verdict

Applications go to a free gmail address, the only concrete negative; the employer was not investigated, which is neutral. A pizza restaurant hiring a restaurant manager is internally consistent, but a flat $39.00/hr for the role is above typical Nanaimo market pay for NOC 60030.
