Tasks: Administer medications, Apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressing, Conduct specimen collection, Ensure infection control, Monitor nutritional intake, Observe and record medication's therapeutic and side effects , Record medication's therapeutic and side effects observations in patient files, Take vital signs, Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team
