Verdict

Rolling Pin Bakery is confirmed as a real bakery at 821 6th Avenue, Hope BC with a strong review presence, and the mail-in address is the bakery's own premises (applicationAddressType=business), so mailing a resume there is normal for a small-town bakery. The only negative is a free consumer gmail application address. Role, wage and duties are ordinary for a food service supervisor.
