Verdict

Bon Sushi is a well-reviewed, verifiable sushi restaurant at 1467 Hampshire Rd in Oak Bay, Victoria, with its own website (oakbaybonsushi.com) and listings on Yelp/Tripadvisor. The Outlook application address is a free-email domain, but it matches the business name and free email is common for small restaurants. Restaurant manager role and Victoria location both fit the business.
