Verdict

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill at 1605 Hillside Ave, Victoria is a verified, long-running franchise location, and the posting is a detailed, standard NOC 62020 supervisor role at market wages with the 'Recognized employer' government program tag. The only concern is the application email dairyqueen@me.com, a free Apple iCloud address rather than a corporate or franchise domain, which is common for small franchisees but weakens verifiability.
