Occupation (NOC): Administrative assistants (13110) Location: Vernon, BC Salary: $29.00 hourly Hours: Full-time Term: Permanent Workplace: [object Object] Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., Coordinate the flow of information within the team, Open and distribute mail and other materials, Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Schedule and confirm appointments, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Compile data, statistics and other information, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers How to apply: By email: huybert@puda-international.com
