Verdict

Vitrum Industries Ltd is a well-established architectural glass manufacturer (425+ employees, 130,000 sq ft plant) whose verified HQ is exactly the mail/in-person application address in the posting, 9739 201 Street, Langley V1M 3E7 (confirmed via BBB, Saint-Gobain directory, YellowPages, vitrum.ca). The mail_physical_resume flag is defused because the address is the company's own business premises and in-person drop-off is offered. A civil engineer role at a glass fabrication plant (structural steel fabrications, construction specs) is plausible.
