Super Elite Drywall Ltd · Langford, BC · $37.00 hourly

Verdict
Applications go to a free Gmail address (jobs.elitedrywall@gmail.com) rather than a company domain, the main concrete negative here. The verification note also records a template pattern shared with two other Langford drywall postings at the same $37.00 hourly rate and similar gmail-based apply channels, which raises the possibility of duplicated or recycled listings. Business and location checks were inconclusive and are treated as neutral; the drywall duties themselves are specific and trade-appropriate.
