Verdict
The mail-in application address 10780 Cambie Rd, Richmond V6X 1K8 is the Auto West BMW dealership itself, an established BMW franchise operating since 1986, and the web check classifies it as a business address. Business name, location and careers presence all verify. Mailing a resume to a dealership for a shop-floor technician role is ordinary practice, not a fraud pattern.
