Verdict
Spectrum Window Coverings Ltd. is a long-standing BC company (BC0455454) listed at 130-6755 Graybar Rd in Richmond's industrial area, and businessMatch and locationMatch are both "match". Crucially the posting applies via the company's own domain email, not a free consumer provider, and no fraud flags fired. The only negative is that the company site currently serves an 'Under Construction' page, a minor mark against an otherwise verified installer role at $38.40/hr.
