Verdict
The web check confirms a Mr. Lube + Tires location at 2773 Barnet Hwy, Coquitlam with a City of Coquitlam licence issued in 2026, matching the employer and location, and mrlube.com carries careers listings. The only negative is the franchisee-style Gmail address (seventyfivelube@gmail.com) firing generic_email_domain, which is common for a single franchise store. $38.40/hr and the technician duties fit the trade.
