Verdict

Web verification matched Sushi Wara as a real restaurant with businessMatch and locationMatch both positive and the mail address classified as the business's own unit. The posting is mail-only with no email or online option, which is unusual for a manager role, but for a small restaurant with a verified business address this stays low risk.
