Verdict

Unican Immigration is verified as a registered Canadian immigration consultancy led by a licensed CICC member (R506545), with a reachable site and a West Vancouver office matching the posting location. No deterministic flags fired: no free-provider email, no mail-in resume, no fees. The lack of a dedicated careers page at a three-person firm is normal and not counted against it.
