Bear Country Inn Ltd. · Terrace, BC · $38.50 to $41.50 hourly (to be negotiated)

Verdict

Bear Country Inn is a verified hotel and restaurant in downtown Terrace with its own website and travel-site presence, and the mail-in address (4702 Lakelse Ave) is the hotel's own commercial premises, so applicationAddressType is 'business' rather than residential or a PO box. The mail_physical_resume flag therefore carries limited weight here. The residual concern is that a bachelor's-degree executive assistant at $38.50-$41.50/hr is atypical for a small-town motel.
