Verdict
A1 EXTERIOR CLEANING is a registered BC proprietorship (FM1022277) but applications go only to a free outlook.com address and no Squamish operation could be corroborated. The posting is very thin: three duty lines, no experience required and no company detail. $25.00/hr for a window washer is at the top of but still within market range, so this sits at medium rather than high risk.

| Summary | A1 EXTERIOR CLEANING (FM1022277) is a registered BC proprietorship, but no web presence found for a Squamish operation; the only YellowPages 'A 1 Exterior Cleaning' is at Saanich Ridge Way (Vancouver Island), possibly the same registrant or an unrelated same-name firm. Entry-level window washer at $25/hr via outlook.com email; small cleaning outfits with no web presence are common, so uncertain rather than a red flag. |
