Verdict

Rogers Communications is a verified major telecom with an active careers portal, and the apply link uses Rogers' own roge.rs shortener. The '$36,000 commission per sale' salary line is a garbled data artifact worth a small note, but commission-based door-to-door telecom sales is a real Rogers role.
