Verdict

Applications for a national brand outlet route to a personal-name free gmail account and the posting also offers a mail-in option, while verification could not identify the specific franchisee behind the posting. Tim Hortons itself is confirmed as a legitimate national chain with businessMatch and locationMatch 'match', and the supervisor duties and $20.45-$25.00/hr range are market-normal. The unbranded personal email attached to a major brand is the main risk driver here.
