Verdict
ALDANA'S AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS LTD. is confirmed active in the BC corporate registry and the mail-in address at 13140 88th Ave, Surrey resolves to a multi-tenant commercial and industrial building, not a residence or PO box, so applicationAddressType is "business". The negatives are a free gmail application inbox and a $38.40 hourly rate that runs high for a shop mechanic. Duties are specific and trade-appropriate, keeping this in the medium band.
