Verdict
Two flags fired (mail-in application and a Gmail address), but web verification defuses both: the A&W at 5300 N Access Rd Chetwynd is confirmed on A&W Canada's official locator, the 'Box 2099' mail address is the restaurant's own premises with a small-town mailbox number, and the gmail handle chetwyndaw@gmail.com matches the location. The role, wage, and duties are ordinary. Residual risk comes only from the free-email application channel.
