Verdict

This easyhome delivery driver posting carries no deterministic flags at all: no mailed resumes, no consumer email domain, no fee, ID, crypto or messaging-app demand. The $20.00-22.00/hr negotiated rate is exactly market for NOC 75201, and the duties (operating and driving vehicles, deliveries) are concrete and mundane. Nothing in the text raises a concrete concern.
