Verdict

The posting includes a mail-in resume option, but the web check confirms the mailing address (5110 Sperling Ave, Burnaby) is the company's registered commercial business location (applicationAddressType=business), which neutralizes most of that concern, and the role is a trade/service supervisor rather than a professional office job. The $36.60/hr wage is somewhat above typical for cleaning supervision but within the plausible range for a supervisory role.
