Verdict
Sunny Carpet is a verified business (est. 1992, BBB accredited) and the mailing address is its own commercial warehouse unit. Concerns are the free gmail application address and $37/hr for a no-experience cleaning technician, which is well above market for the role; together these land it at low-medium despite the legitimate employer.
