Verdict

Archway Community Services is a well-known Abbotsford non-profit and the posting reads as a genuine social services requisition: specific education fields, appraisal and assessment duties, and a temporary part-time term at $28.30-30.00/hr, which is market-normal. No deterministic flags fired and no negative findings exist. Judged on the text alone, this is routine.
