Verdict
B.C. Furnace Service is verified as a Coquitlam HVAC company operating since 1983 with a showroom at a confirmed address and a Lennox authorized dealer listing, with both business and location matching. No deterministic flags fired. The role requires a Gas Fitter Level 2/B and HVAC certificate, a concrete credential gate, and the $35-40/hr rate is market for a certified gas technician.
