Verdict
The Subway franchise itself is verified at 540 Fifth Street, Nanaimo, and the mailing address is the restaurant, so the employer is real. However the posting titles a sandwich-shop role as NOC 00018 'Senior managers - public and private sector' with corporate-executive duties like authorizing major departments and selecting directors, and pays $43.59/hr (roughly $90k), far above market for a Subway store manager. Combined with a free Gmail contact, the title, duty list, and wage inflation are inconsistent with the verified business.
