Verdict
The verification geocoded the resume-mailing address (3412 Mamquam Rd, Garibaldi Highlands) to a single-family house and classified it as residential, meaning applicants are asked to mail personal materials to a private home. That is the strongest single indicator in this scheme, and here it is paired with mail as the application channel. Beyond the BC corporate registration the company has no operational web trace, so nothing offsets the residential address; a legitimate home-based owner-operator courier is possible, but this should be reviewed before anyone mails documents.

| Summary | Active BC corporation (BC1308293) per OrgBook; no website or search footprint found. Mailing address 3412 Mamquam Rd geocodes to a single-family house in Garibaldi Highlands (residential neighbourhood), matching posting location but a residential resume-mail address is a red flag. Could be a legit home-based owner-operator courier firm, yet zero operational web trace warrants caution. |
