Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, Answer electronic enquiries, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, Maintain internal record-keeping system, Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems, Prepare and post notices and advertisements, Modify Web pages, applets and scripts, Store, update and maintain databases, Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials, Oversee the preparation of written material for website content, Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets, Coordinate projects and programs
