GDK DRYWALL LTD · Surrey, BC · $39.00 hourly

Posted 2026-09-11 · Reviewed on 2026-09-24 · What do these ratings mean?

Verdict

Rated high risk: strong warning signs. Counting against it: applications are mailed to a private home, PO box, or mail-forwarding address and the contact email is a free personal address (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). The application route does not look like one this employer would use (route plausibility 0.49, below 0.57), so confirming the employer exists was not credited to this posting. The score is computed from a fixed weight table; no model chose the number.

applications are mailed to a residential address: GDK Drywall Ltd. is an active BC company (BC1154175, 2018) with a website (phone 778-201-8337) describing drywall, framing and insulation services; it has posted several trades jobs on Job Bank. The mailing/in-person address, 13330 59B Ave, Surrey, is a detached 5-bedroom house currently listed for sale, so applications go to a home, not a shop or office.
