LIDHER EXCAVATING AND DEMOLITION LTD · Surrey, BC · $37.00 hourly

Verdict

Rated high risk: strong warning signs. Counting against it: applications are mailed to a private home, PO box, or mail-forwarding address, the contact email is a free personal address (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and the employer's real-world location does not match the posting. In its favour: web search confirms the employer is a real business. The score is computed from a fixed weight table; no model chose the number.

applications are mailed to a residential address: LIDHER EXCAVATING AND DEMOLITION LTD is a real, licensed excavation company in Surrey, BC. However, there's a significant address discrepancy: the registered business address is 13239 89 Ave (V3V 1A6), but the posting directs applicants to mail to 12909 102 Ave (V3T 1N1). The website testsite2.ca is reachable but uses a generic domain name and placeholder email (hello@domainsite.com), raising concerns about legitimacy. The mailing address appears to be residential/mixed-use, not the company's official registered office.
