Verdict

Steve Marshall Group is a verified BC dealership group (businessMatch=match, locationMatch=match, active careers page) and the posting applies through its own ADP WorkforceNow portal with no mailing address. The wide $42,000-$180,000 band and the "$5k - $10k Signing Bonus!" headline are attention-grabbing, but commission-based auto sales legitimately spans that range and signing bonuses are standard in the trade. No fee, banking, ID, or off-platform contact request appears.
