Verdict
Arpeg is a verified BC real estate company operating since 1956 with a reachable official site, and the posting applies through its own BambooHR careers page, which fired ats_known_provider. businessMatch and locationMatch both return "match" and no mailing address is requested. A part-time building custodian at one of its properties at $10,400 - $13,000 is consistent with limited part-time hours rather than an inflated-pay lure.
