Verdict
The posting is internally incoherent: a 'Senior Cybersecurity Advisor' title at only $41,600/yr (far below market for the role), attributed to NVA (a veterinary practice company), with an apply link on emplois.bnc.ca, National Bank of Canada's careers site, which does not belong to the named employer. The employer itself is real (businessMatch=match) and this may be listing-data corruption rather than a scam, but the unexplained apply-path/employer disconnect plus the title-salary mismatch warrant medium risk.
