Verdict

Town of Comox is the municipal government for the posting location and the application link points to a job-description PDF hosted on the town's own domain (comox.ca/sites/default/files/...), which is exactly how BC municipalities post competitions. No web verdict was returned for this employer, so those checks are neutral. $92,601 for a Public Works Foreperson is in line with municipal supervisory scales and no money, ID, mailing address or messaging-app contact is requested.
