Verdict
CBI Health is verified as a legitimate national rehabilitation provider with matching business identity and location and an active UKG/UltiPro careers tenant. The only oddity is the extremely wide $89,440-$312,000 band, which reflects fee-for-service physiotherapy earnings rather than a fixed offer and reads as a data-quality quirk rather than a fraud pattern. No fraud flags fired.
