Verdict
No employer web verification was run, so this is scored on the text alone. Aire Serv is a recognized HVAC franchise brand and the application routes to a branded Paradox/Olivia hiring portal tenant named for this franchise (AireServofGreaterVictoria2), with no email, fee, or mailing address. The $72,800-$104,000 range is high but realistic for a ticketed HVAC service technician in BC, where a wide band reflects experience and on-call work.
- wide but market-plausible trade wage+3
$72,800-$104,000 is high-end for HVAC but within BC trade range for a ticketed technician.
