Verdict
WTC Ventures is a verified Wendy's franchisee operating 80+ restaurants in BC and Washington, corroborated by its corporate site and third-party boards, with businessMatch and locationMatch both "match." Application goes through HigherMe, the platform the franchisee uses across its stores. $37,440 annually for a crew member is standard; the odd NOC code (water transport crew) is a WorkBC data artifact, not a fraud indicator.
