Verdict
Staffing-agency posting where the agency's own site is thin, so business and location verification returned uncertain and are treated as unverified. Notably the Dayforce portal tenant is 'SleggBuildingMaterials', a real BC building-supply retailer, which is consistent with a recruiter posting on behalf of a named client rather than an invented employer. Boom truck operator pay of $63,440-$82,160 is normal for the trade.

| Summary | Website therecruitingteam.com is reachable but extremely minimal—only shows "Connecting Talent with Opportunity" tagline. No company address, office location, contact info, or careers section found. No connection to Nanaimo, BC identified. Posting directs applicants to external Dayforce HCM portal (jobs.dayforcehcm.com). The company's actual business model, location, and legitimacy remain unclear. Red flags: minimal web presence, no verifiable office address, no careers page. |
