Verdict
The applyTenantMismatch (Workday tenant 'alterra' vs employer Mike Wiegele) is explicitly explained by the web verdict: the resort was acquired by Alterra Mountain Company, so applications routing through Alterra's Workday portal reflect a parent-company relationship, treated as neutral-to-mild legitimacy. The resort itself is verified real with matching business and location.
