Verdict

BGIS is a web-verified global facilities-management company (10,000+ employees) with an active careers page, applying through Oracle Cloud ATS. Business matches; location was only 'uncertain', which is neutral, and a part-time cleaner role in Victoria is entirely plausible for a national FM firm.
